|Economic and Business Diplomacy Program|
The Economic and Business Diplomacy Program offers opportunities for governments and businesses to intensify their cooperation with other countries and regions, including in the area of trade and investment, to ensure a sustainable recovery from the current crisis and better social conditions for their population.
The program prepares you to further your career in international organisations, government departments and multinational corporations where an understanding of international relations, politics, economics and trade are essential. The program appeals to individuals who presently work, or intend to work, in the following areas:
1. Government sector - Diplomatic, trade, and other departmental staff working in government and involved in the implementation and provision of policy advice in the areas of foreign affairs, trade and economic issues.
2. Non-government sector - Individuals working in the corporate environment and who are particularly involved in international operations/management where a greater understanding of the international political, economic and trade issues that can potentially affect their business environment is required.
3. Non-government organisations (NGOs) - Individuals who work in non-government/volunteer organisations and require a greater insight and understanding of the international environment and its effect on the work they seek to administer.
